(-feel free to delete this post at any time-) -much love to "aNgelika" for being a fan of Dishwalla, but I think we can all agree that aNgelika is not an official member of the band.

can we have a serious conversation about their attempt to get feminist chicks in the sack? i think this is an important aspect of their creative gestalt kthx —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.164.35.125 (talk) 05:17, 17 April 2008 (UTC) ? Name origin: Nope, wrong. The band is having you all on. It's a mispronunciation of "dishwater." Why do I say this? Because when they came to play in Waterplace Park in Providence, RI those many years ago, there were "band stickers" all over their equipment that said "Dishwater" to identify their equipment from that of others. Yes this is original research, seen with my own eyes. But since the truth is boring and the "legend" is more interesting and since WP will revert anything resembling original research, I'll not edit, but rather leave this here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.109.225.12 (talk) 23:46, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bias?[edit]

I don't care enough to try and fix it, but this article has a tone that screams pro-Dishwalla bias. Some of it reads like a trimmed down press release. danzig138 (talk) 05:19, 19 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
