Princess Kaʻiulani

1776 – Scottish political economist Adam Smith's book The Wealth of Nations, the first modern work in economics, was published.
1891 – Kaʻiulani (pictured) was appointed heir apparent to the throne of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
1925 – The Royal Air Force began a bombardment and strafing campaign against the mountain strongholds of Mahsud tribesmen in South Waziristan, in what is now Pakistan.
1956 – In Tbilisi, Georgia, Soviet troops suppressed mass demonstrations against Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev's de-Stalinization policy.
1957 – The M_w 8.6 Andreanof Islands earthquake struck Hawaii and the Aleutian Islands, causing over $5 million in damage from ground movement and a destructive tsunami.

It's highly unlikely that the day is correct if the year is unknown. I haven't been able to find out his birthdate. Lupo 09:11, 18 Mar 2004 (UTC)

In his article it is written Walter Mercado was born in 1932. Igor Skoglund.

Gregory of Nyssa[edit]

Tom Roberts was not born on the 9th[edit]

Chaim Topol[edit]

I’ve just double checked the entry for Chaim Topol: it says he died on the 8th March.

Is it possible to get this corrected?

I’m assuming the mistake is because the reports hit places on the 9th March.
