The Nintendo Entertainment System was a popular gaming system. It is no surprise that it would still have online fans. But the fans themselves are not notable; even if they were, this article is too myopic a view of the "NES scene" to be encyclopedic. 1995 The Internet is a new creation for the public. ... uh-hunh. -- Antaeus Feldspar 04:55, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • It's a vanity page. Hoary 05:13, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: "1995 the Internet is a new thing for AOL members," perhaps? "Center of the universe" forum vanity. Wikipedia is not a web guide or a web memorial, and it must never be a forum guide. Geogre 06:05, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Merge and delete: Links to major current NES-user community sites would certainly be appropriate in external links in Nintendo Entertainment System, or perhaps where specific to games in articles for such games. Badly named board vanity ("NES World is created, which officially starts the history of the NES Scene.") with limited but some useful content (that "The Super Mario Bros. Super Show and The Legend of Zelda cartoons are now shown on Yahooligans! TV!" should be included in the article for each, for instance.) Samaritan 07:59, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete. I don't consider it merits an article in Wikipedia - though contributors should be free to add a sentence or two to Nintendo Entertainment System. zoney talk 11:58, 15 Nov 2004 (UTC)
