I'd imagine that as Waterford city, Ireland was the first Waterford to exist as far as any of those listed and it could be argued that many of the place names in the USA and Australia, etc that use the name Waterford may have been thus named by persons originating in Waterford, Ireland. Likewise, Waterford Crystal is merely a product manufactured in Waterford city, Ireland.

It is obviously the case that the word Waterford is probably derived from the Viking expression Vater Fjord but as there is no proof that Vikings visited Australia or California then it's likely that the Waterford disambiguation page should list Waterford city, Ireland as the first item with every other reference being secondary.
