Added Citations but the article still needs much more sourcing[edit]

I improved much of the missing citation situation with this article in relation to the Detroit Plan of 1907, but the article still doesnt look up to snuff. The parts of the article not relating to the original plan of Detroit are still insufficiently sourced and theres still some remnant paragraphs relating to the city plan that need additional sourcing. - User:jrv72 — Preceding undated comment added 04:14, 13 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
