Marion Township, Osceola County Michigan is the home to many hunting clubs. Included in this is the Deer & Aspen Club which was formed in 1972 on lands owned by Packaging Corporation of America (PCA). In 1990, the Club purchased the land from PCA and now operates as a for-profit corporation. Hunting is still the primary reason for the Clubs existence but it sells aspen and maple trees to wood harvesters to manage the wildlife resource and habitat and for profit in operating the Club.
