Content summary?[edit]

Do we really need this massive table of contents? I don't see it serving much of a purpose, it would be hell if every book had one. Darksun 20:00, 30 Sep 2004 (UTC)

The table of contents is either inaccurate, or embarrassingly clueless in the original, as it lists Jozef Tiso of Slovakia under "Balkan"... --Joy [shallot]

What a mess...[edit]
