Hi there, and thanks for uploading the photo of Glenn Miller. In order for Wikipedia to keep it, we need information on its origin and copyright status. Would you be kind enough to revisit that image and supply that information, if you know it? Wikipedia:Image copyright tags has a list of the licenses that we can use with Wikipedia. Wikipedia:Copyrights has information on our general copyright policy, and Wikipedia:Fair use might help provide some ideas on justification if the image is still protected by copyright. (It it turns out that the Army took this photo, this might be really easy since U.S. government stuff is all free for us to use.)
