Problem with first paragraph date[edit]

The header of this article says that accumulation by dispossession is a phenomenon that Harvey (or someone, but Harvey is referenced) identified as occurring beginning in the 1970s to the present. Harvey's use of accumulation by dispossession is simply a re-framing of Marx's primitive accumulation. Harvey prefers this term because he argues that so-called primitive accumulation is not some pre-modern thing that happened and is in the past. Accumulation by dispossession took place well before the 20th century but it continues to this day and should be understood as an incomplete and ongoing process rather than one that has passed.
