Yes, welcome: Pointing out differences between European and American practice and theory would be very valuable. Remember, though, that this is supposed to be an encyclopedia article and not a discussion forum, so try to keep the tone neutral (e.g., don't include your opinion that the American method is "bullshit", even though it may be - you can put that, if you wish, on the Talk page!) - DavidWBrooks 14:16, 14 Dec 2004 (UTC)
