Thomas and the Magic Railroad[edit]

Thomas and the Magic Railroad is the only Thomas & Friends movie released in theatres.

Lady A small, Victorian-styled 0-4-0T engine currently owned and protected by Burnett Stone, her driver, who serves as the guardian of the Magic Railroad, using her magic to keep the worlds of Shining Time and Sodor alive. She has magical powers and also appeared in Calling All Engines! in a dream sequence. In the Calling All Engines! character gallery, Lady is described as "a magical engine. When she moves along the rails, she spreads gold dust with her special powers. Lady has been known to help Thomas and his friends when there was no other engine to turn to." Diesel 10 An evil diesel engine with an excavator claw arm (which he has named "Pinchy") extending from his roof who hates steam engines and wants to destroy them, especially the magic engine, Lady. He is Diesel's boss and the main antagonist in Thomas and the Magic Railroad. Thomas said that he is rated "10 out of 10 for devious deeds and brutal strength". Splatter and Dodge Two Canadian-accented 0-6-0 diesel engines, who served as Diesel 10's bumbling sidekicks before their betrayal. They're collectively called "Splodge" by Diesel 10. They are the secondary antagonists of Thomas and the Magic Railroad. British Rail Class 08[1] Neil Crone (Splatter)

Mr. Conductor A 20-centimetre tall conductor who helps to run the railway for Sir Topham Hatt when he is not helping out at Shining Time Station. In the series Shining Time Station, Mr. Conductor was portrayed by Ringo Starr and George Carlin. Alec Baldwin
Burnett Stone The caretaker of Muffle Mountain and can be rather grumpy at times. Peter Fonda
Lily Stone The granddaughter of Burnett Stone. She lives in a big city, but comes to visit him during the film. Mara Wilson

Billy Twofeathers A Native American resident railroad engineer on the Indian Valley Railroad and driver of the Rainbow Sun, as well as the handyman at Shining Time Station. In the series Shining Time Station, Billy was portrayed by Tom Jackson. Russell Means

The Great Race[edit]

The Great Race, the 2016 movie, introduces 12 new characters. In an effort to expand the franchise beyond its current lineup of mostly male British characters, the new engines are from locations around the world and include 3 female characters.[3]

Big World! Big Adventures![edit]

Big World! Big Adventures! is a tie-in with the twenty-second series, serving as a soft reboot of the franchise, and the final full-length CGI Thomas movie.
