This category is rather misleading. The UK has at least three systems of law (England and Wales; Scotland; Northern Ireland). Case law properly belongs to one system. Please subdivide. Gdr 22:03, 2004 Jul 21 (UTC)

Would it be better to sort "R. v. Name" category links as "Name, R. v." instead? Melchoir 21:55, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
