Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Francesco Bori (0th nomination)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Francesco Bori, along with Hotandburning, was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as an historic record. The result of the debate was to delete both.

Vanity. IMDb has no record of him. RickK 23:54, Nov 12, 2004 (UTC)

Delete[edit]

  • Delete - Clear case of vanity, even if Francesco Bori looks a bit official at first. For a chuckle, take a look at the web-page for the "graphic design" business: http://www.hotandburning.tk/
    • Humorously bad web site/10. - Vague Rant 13:41, Nov 13, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete the vanity articles. - Vague Rant 13:41, Nov 13, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: Oh, dear. Not notable at this point, and no point in commenting on the quality of the article or sites further, I guess. Geogre 15:47, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Move to User:Francescoworld[edit]

  • Move. I agree the website is bad, would have to be erased and start over; but we aren't dealing with the website. The page is getting better (no longer have 19 accomplishments for next year listed as if done already), but belongs at User:Francescoworld instead of in the Main namespace. I have tried to notify Francescoworld of this via his talk page, btw, but that was after the VfD was posted. Charm 21:17, Nov 13, 2004 (UTC)
I would like to note that Francescoworld apparently tried to move the page to User:Francescoworld and blank Francesco Bori, but the move didn't work very well (lost formatting) so he blanked it at the user page too. Now RickK has blocked him for 24 hours, which means he's unable to try again, or to comment on this Vote. Please extend the vote an extra day as Francescoworld will not have had 5 days available to fix the problem, but only 4. Charm 01:30, Nov 15, 2004 (UTC)

This page is now preserved as an archive of the debate and, like other '/delete' pages is no longer 'live'. Subsequent comments on the issue, the deletion or on the decision-making process should be placed on the relevant 'live' pages. Please do not edit this page.
