I'm from Bridgwater, Somerset, UK, but now live in Walthamstow, London. I am a graduate of Pembroke College, Cambridge, and have a degree in English. Only recently have I begun to recover from the hatred of books fostered by my time at university. Hopefully, I'll follow up my Alan Sillitoe and Raymond Chandler expansions (credited under the IP I used before registering for real) with some more literary biography/criticism in the near future, as well as improving those entries.
