Please explain how Tim Hill is "infamous". He is not well known but he isn't infamous.

This article should be swept away[edit]

Googling Tim Hill has returned no results, i question whether this "infamous" personality even exists,

This article is just a few lines and contains no real solid information with a questionable amount of citation included in the page.
