Good luck Markalexander, but the pillars are more or less scrapped and you can do anything you like under the 13 September ECJ verdict:

If ratified, the Treaty of Lisbon would abolish the pillar system. Responsibilities would be combined, albeit with slightly different powers.

so far, from what I hav seen going though a class on the EU, the pervious statement and graph is wrong. While the thrid pillr will be pretty much dead, the pillar system will not be totally abolished, as the secord pillar will be pretty much intact. Its better to define it as the 1st pillar wil be supernational pillar, and the secord the muti goverment pillar, but they will not be complety gone. You can even add a thrid pillar as the out out one for those that dont use the euro, or not in schengen. --74.237.54.62 (talk) 00:15, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
