Process Seems Alive[edit]

I can't see deleting this article. According to reference 2, dated 23 Feb 2005, it forms the genesis of the European Neighbourhood Policy (for which there is as yet no article but I put up a request for one). In addition, it is referenced in the Trial against the Bulgarian medics and a Palestinian doctor in Libya. 216.164.138.57 20:46, 7 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Euromed II[edit]

I see that a follow-up conference has just been held, exactly a decade after the original. It would be useful if someone with knowledge of the issue could outline any new developments, and describe the differences with Euromed I Bastie 20:13, 29 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

I have proposed this page be merged with Euromediterranean Partnership as they both address the same topic. In addition Euromediterranean Summit 2005 and Euro-Mediterranian Assembly can be merged into the same topic as they are both basic, short, articles. I suggest it take the name Barcelona Process as that is the more common and broader name for this. -JLogan 18:00, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I would support a merger, but think they should merge under Euromediterranean Partnership, as that is the official term. Also, keep Barcelona Conference (the 1995 one) as a short, separate stand-alone article. Nicolasdz 04:57, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Support merger of all 4 articles, preferably under the name Euromediterranean Partnership. I would also consider including Euro-Mediterranean free trade area. After improvement and expansion, it would be possible to split again if the combined article became too unwieldy. --Boson 22:38, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Also support all, no sence in splitting connected information, esp. as the articles are rather short. - J Logan t: 07:13, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No More MEDA[edit]

Funding for the EMP is now done through the ENPI and MEDA no longer exists as a funding instrument. I have removed references to it in the article. Nicolasdz 04:58, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
