Requested move[edit]

Football World Cup 2002 (squads) → 2002 FIFA World Cup (squads) – following the consensus of naming the World Cup articles as FIFA World Cup in Wikipedia, and consistency of naming the major international football tournaments.

Moved per consensus. --Pkchan 14:07, 10 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Franck Ribéry should be listed as number 22 for France. Franck Ribéry -- Stephen.andrew.lynch 23:07, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone else think that the Chinese characters for the China PR squad should be removed? The Japanese and Koreans don't have their native script next to their English ones, nor do the Saudi. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.39.97.117 (talk) 20:49, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect listings of teams participating in 2002 FIFA World Cup[edit]

There are some errors in this listing. For one, Paraguay and Belgium are in the wrong groups (Paraguay should be listed in Group B, and Belgium should be listed in Group H). For another, Iran did not participate in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. And finally, Republic of Ireland did participate (Group E).
