Speedy deletion of Ballpark estimate[edit]

A tag has been placed on Ballpark estimate requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. ninety:one 13:26, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of BIMwash[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article BIMwash, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

The article seems to be un-notable and non-informational

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. John Collier (talk) 19:59, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated BIMwash, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/BIMwash. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. SarekOfVulcan (talk) 20:33, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Revert of my edits on Chihuahua (dog)[edit]

Hello, can I ask why you undid my edits (link) on the chihuahua article? The images I removed don't contribute to the article at all, and the article is quite cluttered with "my puppy is cuter than your puppy" as it is.--TKK bark ! 12:15, 9 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures are very descriptive, there should be some pictures of normal dogs, not only skeletons and obese dogs etc. Most dog articles contains many pictures, I don't see that as a problem. If the layout is a problem the pictures should be rearranged, some of them maybe should be a bit smaller.Grotte (talk) 13:01, 9 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for July 8[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Shop drawing, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Catia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Finnish or Estonian[edit]

It has been established quite clearly that this person is an Estonian engineer working for Finnish company. Why do you revert this again? ~~Xil (talk) 08:22, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Where did you find this information? He works for a finish company in Finland, does not that make him a Finish engineer? Or are you talking about where he was once born? Grotte (talk) 08:51, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It has been all over the news in Latvia and the references in article are to Estonian media. People happen to work in foreign countries, that doesn't make them nationals of those countries ~~Xil (talk) 08:58, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
But I can not find any where that he is estonian, any how this is probably just a matter of English language use. Being a Finnish engineer, or more precise not working in Estonia, is what gives him creditability. So it should be mentioned in some way. The estonian president for some reason wanted foreign involvement in this matter. --Grotte (talk) 09:15, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
