Jincheng Township (Chinese: 金城) is an urban township on the southwestern corner of the island of Kinmen (Quemoy). It is the county seat of Kinmen County, Fujian Province, Republic of China (Taiwan). Jincheng was the seat of the ROC's Fukien Province from 1949–1956 and 1996–2018. In March 2012, it was named one of the Top 10 Small Tourist Towns by the Tourism Bureau.[5]
