Untitled[edit]

After making some edits to this article I discovered that the initial version was copyvio from http://atr.webz.cz/23.html and subsequent minor edits (mine and others') don't cure it. Adding copyvio notice. JamesMLane 01:20, 27 Jun 2004 (UTC)

Greets, In fact this article comes from the artist's record label homepage @ http://www.digitalhardcore.com/artist_bio.asp?artist_ID=3, so I think it's fairly natural to assume that this is public and promotional information, hence not subjected to copyright laws. Nevertheless I contacted them in order to receive approval for copy and editing of the said document.

Down at the bottom of the page there's a copyright notice, so I think it's fairly natural to assume that the material is subject to copyright laws. If you want to make the effort to get an OK from the copyright owner, of course, that's fine. Just note that it's not enough to get permission for a one-time use. The owner has to release it under the GNU Free Documentation License. If you know enough about the field to have confidence writing about it, you could just take the information from the promo page (and elsewhere) and write a new article. The original isn't all that well written anyway. Go ahead, take a shot at writing something, even if it isn't perfect. Other people here will jump in and improve it, once you get it started. Oh, I should've mentioned, if you do start a new article, put it here: Nic Endo/Temp. That way it will survive if the main article is deleted for copyvio. JamesMLane 03:51, 30 Jun 2004 (UTC)
The original has now been deleted and the temp version moved into its place. Angela. 20:35, 14 Jul 2004 (UTC)
