A suggestion for those who create and contribute to icehockey articles.[edit]
This is an encyclopedia, not an ice hockey magazine. Assume that your readership do not know the various terms for the sport. If Wikipedia has a link use the full name for the article, and do not reduce it to an acronym which is meaningless to the casual reader.
