As has been noted on Wikipedia:Votes_for_deletion/Taman_Johor_Jaya, this article has very little specific information as it is, and could be about most housing projects anywhere. I suggest that it would be improved by reducing its length, and just noting the most essential facts, like where it is located, when it was built, its population and so on. --MaxMad 12:46, 7 Dec 2004 (UTC)

After discussion on Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Taman Johor Jaya I rewrite completly the article trying to keep the local color to it, with some mentions about what seams nice spots for people. What do you think ? Gtabary 10:32, 10 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I tried to add a little more info, since that is the root of the problem, that User:Chan Han Xiang doesn't think that the revisions are keeping the information intact. I see noting wrong with the page as-is; it could use a little expansion in less specific directions (perhaps a little more info on who lives here, the size of this city in relation to other cities. I made it more succinct, and removed some idiosyncratic information concerning the cake shops and the like. The precise layout of the commercial, housing, and industrial zones is a bit too much detail for a general encyclopedia article. It isn't detailed enough to be of much use to anyone visiting the place, and too detailed for anybody else. --BM 18:56, 31 Dec 2004 (UTC)
