Wondering how to edit this U.S. County Entry?

This county seems to be missing a township, and I'm not sure why. My source (DeLorme's Minnesota Atlas and Gazetteer (ISBN 0-89933-333-8)

) clearly shows that the city of Winona, Minnesota is completely encompassed by Winona Township, Minnesota, a non-existent page on Wikipedia. DeLorme's has 20 townships in the county, Wikipedia has 19. Does anyone know why?--Hraefen 16:58, 20 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
