Very well the list of biggest municipalitys and biggest metropolitan areas, congratulations from Spain. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.61.184.17 (talk) 04:59, 16 September 2004 (UTC)[reply]

Since there's no difference in Spain between a city and a town. I'm going to rename this page to 'List of municipalities in Spain'. Otherwise problems will arise as there's no way to classify into cities or towns. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.58.1.107 (talk) 10:54, 1 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Template?[edit]

Is there some template for Spanish cities? I've only come across the template for Canadian cities. I believe if there's not we should have one as they would look much better than now. I wouldn't mind working on one, but I'd need to learn a bit more about templates first :).

Laxity with Malaga[edit]

Apparently there is someone interested in Málaga up positions in this ranking. If we choose a data source for a priority (in this case ESPON 2007) must be respected and dont`n manipulate data using criteria contradictory at our convenience. Where does that count as ESPON Malaga with 978,351 inhabitants, a figure suspiciously indeed concrete, when the source of the rest of the demographics of this column indicates 844,000 for Malaga Metropolitan Area? The point is that such manipulation (whose author has applied the same Annex in several languages) is having an impact on the dissemination of data over the web, given the frequency with which data are taken for valid from Wikipedia, especially when appealing to a source of authority. I consider who incurs is totally irresponsible and inconsistent with the spirit of Wikipedia. Administrators should be careful with this type of demographics data that are so easily manipulated and controlled. 158.227.122.157 (talk) 10:31, 23 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
