Untitled[edit]

The CPS is actually part of the Communist Party of Britain, which was formed by the majority of the membership of the CPGB when it was forcibly disbanded by a clique of Trotskyite revisionists who controlled the Party.

As far as I can see the two parties are separate. There was a recent dialogue between the CPB and the CPS in the Morning Star Newspaper (see the features section here) that indicates they are distinct from one another. Also, Breaking the British State appears to be CPB written and not CPS. Will make changes accordingly.- Big Jim Fae Scotland

The CPS is not part of the CPB. Unlike the CPB the CPS supports Scottish independence. - Alan Stewart

Do they do anything?[edit]

Does this party even do anything ? seems pointless to have them on the Parties in Uk Nav Bar —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.242.193.196 (talk) 22:06, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
They are/were very small, but also quite active, especially in campaigning on the issue of Scottish independence. Their main problem was their aging membership, and that's going back some years.
I would like to see some evidence they have disbanded though.-2A01:4C8:141C:5F17:1:1:D114:9D23 (talk) 11:07, 16 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
