It appears that it was copied from this page [1], which has this message:© 2002 Newport Beach Conference & Visitors Bureau. The bureau describes itself as a not-for-profit, membership organization that promotes Newport Beach as a conference and visitor destination, thus it is not an official arm of the federal or state government. -Willmcw 23:41, Mar 31, 2005 (UTC)
