This has not yet been posted to Wikipedia:Requested moves. Unless a justification is given, this doesn't seem to make sense... we don't need a Dispatch (disambiguation) if Dispatch itself is a disambiguation page... unless the plan is to take one of the meanings of "Dispatch" and make that the Dispatch article on the grounds that it's largely the most common use.
