Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Pointman Project

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Pointman Project was proposed for deletion. This page is an archive of the discussion about the proposed deletion. This page is no longer live. Further comments should be made on the article's talk page rather than here so that this page is preserved as an historic record. The result of the debate was Keep. Based on anthony's recommendation to redirect and my inability to find anything that was not already covered in the Agent Orange article, I am going to carry out the redirect. The article can be easily broken back out if/when there is more to say than can easily fit in the Agent Orange article. Rossami (talk) 05:41, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Title has nothing to do with article. The article itself is a copy of http://www.epa.gov/opptintr/pbt/ddt.htm, which is acceptable as public domain, but nothing to do with title. We already have a DDT article. RickK 00:23, Nov 12, 2004 (UTC)

  • Redirect to Agent Orange. anthony 警告 00:50, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep Anthony's new version or merge/redirect it to Agent Orange. jni 15:01, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)
    • I "stole" the text of that new version from the Agent Orange article so it would be misleading to call it mine. anthony 警告 15:30, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)
    • Keep current rewrite. RickK 20:31, Nov 13, 2004 (UTC)
    • Keep current rewrite. fnielsen 23:01, 29 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • It meets all my criteria: non-notable, orphaned, no category... delete and stop trolling. Alphax (talk) 03:47, Nov 17, 2004 (UTC)
    • Who are you accusing of trolling? I have intentionally left it orphaned because I believe it should be redirected to Agent Orange. If it's kept this can be easily fixed, and categories can be added. anthony 警告 12:28, 17 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Merge to somewhere... [[User:Squash|Squash (Talk)]] 06:19, Nov 17, 2004 (UTC)
