Who would write a history in Wikipedia for one of Sweden's smallest provinces. A province with an accent people make fun of?

As I could think of no one, I decided to do so myself. I decided to begin by quoting Icelandic sagas so as to introduce the province's history with a mythological beginning. This being less boring than a more modern economical archaeological introduction telling that the province started being populous in the beginning of the Iron age as iron ploughs began to be used.
