The article states: "...Pepsi One includes 55.5 mg of caffeine, more than in one can of Mountain Dew." The Mountain Dew article states that it contains 55.2 mg. The difference is half a percent. The statement is misleading, since the difference is insignificant. Someone should rewrite that to say "...Pepsi One includes 55.5 mg of caffeine, approximately the same as in a can of Mountain Dew." This article should really just be a pointer to Diet Pepsi, since this product is the same as Pepsi Max and Pepsi One. I'd be bold, but I think eliminating an entire article isn't something that should be done on whim. Zarggg 22:38, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Actually, now that I think about it... This article should be renamed to Pepsi One, and the Diet Pepsi page should link there for a more in-depth product description. Zarggg 22:38, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Diet Pepsi is the same as Pepsi Light, but Pepsi Max and Pepsi ONE (which is the correct spelling) are distinct products. (I realize that I'm replying to a message from over five months ago, but I'm explaining this for anyone who happens to read it.) — Lifeisunfair 09:47, 6 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Right now both Pepsi Max and Pepsi One are being sold here in Minnesota, USA. With Pepsi Max being a global brand and not being much different from Pepsi One I have to wonder how much longer Pepsi One will continue to be sold, its already become somewhat hard to locate Pepsi One here. Actually Pepsi Max is much different from Pepsi One. As Pepsi Max has aspartame while Pepsi One does not. -unregged

Anyone know why it isn't sold in Pittsburgh? soldierx40k 04:18, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Anyone know why that isn't booted down to the bottom of the page in a trivia section? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.184.241.144 (talk) 22:02, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, cause it is sold here (Pittsburgh) Although why does it really matter that I'm replying to an almost 3y/o comment? Hawk16zz (talk) 07:17, 23 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article states "PepsiCo responded within one hour, announcing the introduction of Pepsi One (which reached store shelves the following October.)" By this writing, that would have meant OCt 1998, but I know for a fact I was drinking PEPSI ONE on a reg basis by Summer of 1998 which is well before Oct, my memory is not wrong either, because I know of specific events then. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.243.178.65 (talk) 18:05, 20 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

1997?[edit]

I've just been bold, I changed the date of introduction back to the original date that was used before this revision and is also used in the Pepsi Max-article. pepsico.com states "Pepsi-Cola announces breakthrough product: Pepsi One, great-tasting, one-calorie cola is first in United States with newly FDA approved sweetener Sunett®." as a 1998 milestone.

I also removed http://www.oneify.com/ from the external links, because the page it links to does not relate to pepsi + it appears there is no website just for Pepsi ONE, or at least not anymore. If anyone feels it is necessary, maybe http://www.pepsi.com/ or http://www.pepsiproductfacts.com/ can be listed instead.

If I am wrong, feel free to correct me.--92.234.17.148 (talk) 00:34, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

after checking that IP's contribution page I realised that the only changes that user made were changing dates in several articles without giving sources; I also changed the coke zero introduction date back and left a note on Talk:Acun Ilıcalı, the other articles that were edited by this IP don't seem to contain his/her changes any more. --92.234.17.148 (talk) 02:25, 4 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Request 4/6/14[edit]

  • The current logo that's now used by Pepsi One needs to be put on the artical. The logo that on their now is outdatted and was replaced about a year and a half ago. The old logo can remain on Wikipedia, but under a logo history section on the artical. Pepsi One's first logo used from 1998 to 2003 also needs to be uploaded! Both of these logos can be found on Logopedia. --24.147.1.197 (talk) 19:48, 6 April 2014 (UTC)Jacob Chesley[reply]
