It should be disambiguated with Elaine "Spanky" Macfarlane of the 60s folk-rock group Spanky and Our Gang (obviously named for the film comedy troupe). Ortolan88 20:39 Jul 26, 2002 (PDT)

I have no idea who this page is about. I take it it's someone well-known, about whom a relative has written, rather than some passing genealogist mistaken about the nature of wikipedia? In the former case, I suggest a new wikipedia-style opening, with dates, description, and then present what is currently on that page as a direct quotation, for example: "X's relative Y visited Wikipedia on DATE and wrote the following about him: " or something.
