List of sites of interest in Bakersfield, California has been in CAT:NN's backlog for over 10 years and is unreferenced. I don't think it meets WP:LISTN or WP:GNG, but could be a useful section in this well-written article. Proposing a merge/redirect as an WP:ATD. Boleyn (talk) 06:27, 3 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Theres two different population numbers[edit]

One for the census, one how it is now. Should we remove the census because it is outdated? Janlopi (talk) 21:34, 4 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I'm assuming you're referring to the number in the lead? If so, no, we should remove the other one for being unsourced. That number, furthermore, is actually for the urban area around Bakersfield and not Bakersfield itself. I, however, cannot find a source backing that number up, and as such will be removing it as unsourced. SkyWarrior 21:54, 4 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
