The article on North Canton City Schools Television has been listed in Votes for Deletion, and, I regret to say, I will be voting to delete it. It just isn't notable enough to be in an encyclopedia—or, if it is, the present article does not say why. Wikipedia does not allow "vanity pages," that is personal pages, or pages of interest to very few people besides the poster.
Now that you have seen how easy it is to create and edit articles in Wikipedia, I hope you will become a registered user and consider contributing. The article on Television, for example, does not describe school television systems. It might be interesting to have a one-or-two paragraph overview of what they are like, what sorts of equipment are used, how they differ from broadcast television operations, and so forth.
