Range defects[edit]

Hello, My name is Edgar Polanco, I own Polanco roofing and home improvement contractor. bought a range with manufacturing problems over a year ago, they approved a refund do to they can’t fix the issues. But never received my check. they keep saying it is in the mail. any chance to get this problem solved? I am tired of calling LG customer service. As a contractor and property owner, this is my worse experience.
