This category is very similar to Category:State security. I propose to merge both categories in order to prevent confusing redundancies. Since the term "national security" is broader, more popular, and there is a main article with the same name, I think that the category resulting from the merger should be named National security. I think you're right. But category merges are discussed anotherway, you must propose this category for deletion and state that you want to merge it.
