is this for real?? --It's a genuine bootleg, for whatever that's worth. I've listened to it and it is in fact rather underwhelming except as a historical document. Hardly a Beatles reunion or anything, even if it is often billed as such.

Funny, I found 2160 Internet references to this boot. True, it isn't all it's cracked up to be (I owned a copy, which vanished when a former housemate wanted get-in-trouble money), or even terribly interesting... but I'd hardly say there are "no citations" of it out there. In regards to needing a citation, I remember this interview with Paul back in 1997; it was a town hall-type interview. It was on VH1 and was hosted by John Fugelsang (or whatever his name is), and somebody asked Paul about this, and Paul confirmed that it did indeed happen, and the tape went missing, and jokingly said, "I'd like to have it please." Fugelsang replied (as best as I can remember), "I'm sure you'll have a bunch of tapes in the mail in the next few days!" --Cooleyez229 07:04, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi - it was my understanding (based on The Record Plant web site) that the last place Lennon and McCartney recorded together was at the old Record Plant location in Los Angeles on 3rd Street near LaCienega. Date/Place[edit]

The jam took place at Burbank Studios -- not John and May's beach house. It was on the first night of the Nilsson Pussy Cats sessions -- which was March 28, 1974. Hotcop2 03:16, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Sandford quote is wrong - at least if it is from "McCartney." Most web searches seem to be copies FROM here, not decent sources. At Record Plant on 3rd Street ?[edit]

Hi

I might be in the minority here, but this might have actually been recorded at the Record Plant on 3rd Street, in Studio B. At that time Stevie Wonder had a long time deal to use Studio A there, and since he is on the recordings that seems likely to me.
