Proposed merge[edit]
This article should not be merged since "slipped disc" is a disambiguation article or a translation from layman's terms into the proper medical term. As the article itself admits, the term is often mis-used and therefore mention should continue to be made of this, while at the time time, direction the reader towards the correct use and terminology. --Rebroad 11:27, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- Why are you proposing a merge and then saying it shouldn't be merged? Actually the Spinal disc herniation article is a total replacement for this one, which somehow never got deleted. That needs to be done now. -- Fyslee 11:46, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
Speedy delete[edit]
The article should have been deleted a long time ago when all of its content was replaced in a new article, and that article further developed:

The result of the AfD was to restore the existing redirect, which points to the Spinal disc herniation article. That's it. The redirect must not be removed or the article edited. Period! Any further discussion should occur here:
