Wondering how to edit this U.S. County Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Counties standards might help.

Northern87 (talk) 18:36, 13 May 2010 (UTC) Edited out the line about property taxes lowering home values and robin hood. It did not add any information about Denton County and may have been opinion.[reply]

Notable people[edit]

@XhainXpert: You added Henry Lee Lucas to the "notable people" section, yet nothing in his Wikipedia article, or in the source provided, suggests he ever lived in Denton County. What makes him notable here? Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 11:15, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

City of Dallas.[edit]

A small portion of the Southeast corner of the county is in the City of Dallas. But contains several 1000 folks. JdelaF (talk) 17:43, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ooops. I see that this was mentioned. BTW the Denton Appraisal District doesn’t seem to be aware of this. Also its website lists 1238 sqmi as being in cities but this wiki pg gives 953 for the whole county. JdelaF (talk) 17:50, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
