I believe this is a vanity page, delete 217.43.215.78 16:18, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • If this is an autobiography of user CTerry (and it certainly reads like it is), it should be moved to the User page. Niteowlneils 18:16, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete: Invision Power Systems was already up on VfD and lost. I believe that this is not simply an entirely innocent mistake, or at least not a new one. Geogre 19:49, 14 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep: I admit I'm new to Wiki, but I have seen Wikis for webmasters and designers. So there is some precedent, and in the context of being linked from Invision Power Board and Invision Power Services, I believe it's a valid entry, although in a sense it is a vanity page. But I've seen vanity pages for Wiki users as well. So, in short, Mr. Mecham is the designer of a pretty popular forum application, so in that context I feel he deserves a page. Dark Reality

  • Delete or move to user space if appropriate. -- Cyrius| 00:27, 15 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep: Matt Mecham is popular enough to keep, being the developer of multiple message board software which have revolutionized the community at large. A google search for the name even shows interviews by big names with the man.
  • Not only is this vanity, it's formatted vanity as well! Given my strong dislike of both vanity articles and sockpuppets, delete. Speedy, if possible. - Lucky 6.9 23:49, 15 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete -- I'm sure it's not speedyable, but any limited attraction this article might have had is obliterated by the proliferation of sockpuppets. Jwrosenzweig 23:51, 15 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete, non-notable. Impressive that he's Chairman, CEO, and the developer of both the company's products. I wonder how many employees there are. Pnot 02:50, 16 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. [[User:Radman1|RaD Man (talk)]] 22:16, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
  • delete because the sockpuppets have convinced me, yeah time to start work on making that sockpuppet image Pedant 08:25, 2004 Nov 19 (UTC)
