Wikipedia:WikiProject Color/Strategy

To do[edit]

  • Re-establish project
  • Complete project page (may evolve as the project progresses)
  • Recruit (or re-recruit) members (left notes on talk pages of previous members --Laura S 01:10, 19 May 2006 (UTC))[reply]
  • Remove "inactive" tag
  • Post note on Wikipedia:Community_Portal?
  • Update project template - needs link to the project!
  • Create userbox (low priority)
  • Determine other color-related articles? (See Article assessments)
  • Bring Color to FA. It looks really good so far, maybe some improvements and a peer review are in order?
  • Decide on a list of "major" colors and work on those articles. Organize "minor" colors into the main articles.
  • Update infobox: normalize numbers, decide on which spaces to use (RGB, CMYK, etc.), add caveat about monitor differences, change swatches per talk page.
  • Initial strategy is to sweep through list of colors: for each entry, I shall normalise the values and ensure that the entries in the table correspond to the appropriate article. (from previous listing - older, but worth keeping)
