Don't be alarmed by the inclusion of some infantry divisions. I have been reworking List of German divisions in WWII to combine the various names of individual units, such as {13th Infantry Division, 13th Motorized Infantry Division, 13th Panzer Division, Panzer Division Feldherrnhalle 2}, and start articles that cover the entire unit history in a single article. Since some of them branch into trees, the only sensible thing to do is to name the actual article after the unit at the root of the tree, and for consistency I am doing the same thing even when the "tree" is linear (non-branching). However, feel comfortable that if someone sees German 13th Infantry Division on this page and clicks it, they will in fact see an article that covers the 13th Panzer Division and Panzer Division Feldherrnhalle 2. Moreover, I'm trying to put all the unit's aliases in bold at the top of the article so that the reader can see immediately what unit(s) the article covers. — B.Bryant 06:28, 2 Apr 2005 (UTC)
