Reason(s) I recommended this page for VfD: Wikipedia is not a cookbook. Sure, discuss it briefly on Cuisine of Argentina, but this does not merit its own article. —ExplorerCDT 23:59, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)

  • Transwiki to cookbook and delete from Wikipedia. [[User:David Johnson|David Johnson[T|C]]] 00:12, 12 Dec 2004 (UTC) Lots has been added to the article since I voted. Now I'm saying keep, but the recipe part of it should still be transwiki'd to cookbook. [[User:David Johnson|David Johnson [T|C]]] 14:03, 12 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, this is not a mere recipe. Mikkalai 02:44, 12 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. This is isn't a recipe and the article is interesting. Chimichurri is an important part of Argentinian cuisine which has plenty of beef dishes. Capitalistroadster 04:28, 12 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep Not a recipe at all, actually, but historical trivia akin to Chutney, Barbecue, Curry. Needs expansion. - Amgine 05:35, 12 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. I see no reason to exclude articles on foods that describe the history and background of the dish, like for example spaghetti or sushi. If it contained nothing more than the ingredients, I would agree with transwikiing it, but food is a valid encyclopedic topic and we should not limit ourselves to the most popularly known ones. • Keep; an interesting bit of historical info. DS 16:56, 12 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • I would have voted to keep the previous version, and certainly this one. [[User:GeorgeStepanek|GeorgeStepanek\talk ]] 21:33, 12 Dec 2004 (UTC)
