I examined the article and compared it with the cited source. I did not see copyright infringement, though I agree the note "contains portions" was suspicious. See my detailed comments with page numbers from the Andrien book under Wikipedia:Possible copyright infringements for Feb. 5. I think it should be brought back, with some minor editing right away.
