Cleanup of monochrom

Thanks for asking. Fistly, it needs one of those templates saying the article name is incorrect due to technical limitations (I'll try and find it), then insert some proper English into the introduction, say something about the comments section, and generally Wikify the thing - it looks damn ugly.
