Delete: Both seemed to me to be ads. The Crud article has a slightly better claim, though, as it seems that this fanzine got action from the legitimate press and received some note. However, the Neil Crud article appears non-notable. I recommend a separate consideration for Crud. Geogre 18:26, 8 Sep 2004 (UTC)
(Unsigned anon) Keep, I think. On looking at the website, the fanzine has been out of circulation for 14 years and therefore not an advert, more like folklore judging by the trouble it caused!
