G'day! Kia ora! You must be pretty close to matters in Christchurch, so I can probably call you a Kiwi.

I hope you soon add a little about yourself to your User page, but it's not compulsory. The page is useful for personal things such as "ToDo" lists.

And you could add your name to the appropriate lists under Wikipedia:Wikipedians.

Category:Wikipedians in New Zealand[edit]

Hi, You might want to consider adding {{User NZ res}} to the top of your user page, which will add you to this category automatically and also add a nice graphic. Onco_p53 00:45, 1 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of New Weekly[edit]

The article New Weekly has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Tried locating the sources listed without success. Magazine title is very common, so it's difficult to find sources that can show evidence of notability here. Tagged as having issues for the past 7 years with no improvement, magazine is likely to be non-notable.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
