About Me[edit]
I live somewhere near Chicago, and close to the shore of Lake Michigan. I may be an infrequent contributor (or perhaps not, only time will tell). My point is if I haven't been active in some time that may not mean I'm gone for good.
a project to do[edit]
Since removing some nonsense about "carting" (pushing stolen shopping carts at objects being an "extreme sport" created in Whiting, Indiana) on the Carting page, I see that same person moved it to the Whiting page itself.
I'm not up to reverting it now. Instead I think I'll write up a real history of the city from its pre Standard Oil days in the late 1800s to the present Pierogi Fests the city holds each July.
