wtf[edit]

Err...there were only two singles, and what's It's Goin' Down got to do with this album? Both Trivia points are wrong, so I've deleted them Titan50 (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 19:19, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Izzo / jackson five?[edit]

I heard that the "Izzo" song was made from a sample from a Jackson Five song?? Which one is it though? --Nerd42 15:48, 27 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's Kanye West sample, actually, one of the first he made for Jay, and it samples "I Want You Back" from Jackson Five. --Bwanaunsignedhype 00:59, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

  • Does this discussion really belong under Collision Course? -Unknownwarrior33 00:15, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    • Uhhh, yeah."Izzo / In The End" uses "Izzo" music and thus, uses the same sample as the original.Bwanaunsignedhype 12:15, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
      • Yes, I'm well aware of that, but I have a feeling you're going to have better luck looking on the page for the original song itself, as that's where you're more likely to find people who know about the song. In fact, the song's page probably has your answer. -Unknownwarrior33 00:35, 11 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

        • Your feeling is wrong cause there is no mention of Jackson Five on the song's page.I'll probably add it though.(There's Kanye listed as producer but there's not greater mentioning of him, that's what I wanted to say.)Even still, I just tried to answer the guy, rather than just tell him to go somewhere else. This is Wikipedia, not Post Office.Bwanaunsignedhype 21:09, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

ok i'll look there

Inconsistencies[edit]

It says that one of the co-writers of Points of Authority/99 Problems/One Step Closer was F. Pappalardi, but that's impossible; he died in 1983. Is it a different F. Pappalardi? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.91.187.87 (talk) 16:21, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Is it live or studio[edit]

This article doesn't state weither the album was recorded in a studio or live, like in the video for "Numb/Encore". --92.235.128.38 (talk) 16:48, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mention of unreleased track?[edit]

Should there be mention of the unreleased "One Step Closer/99 Problems"? It is a version without Points of Authority and has Jonathan Davis' verse from 1Stp Klosr towards the end http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTnZopgSyAI I just think it should be mentioned but figured it should be discussed first Rouse52794 (talk) 18:59, 7 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

MTV Mashups[edit]

The cover of the EP says "MTV Ultimate Mashups Presents", did they present anything else? I have never heard of this before. DanielDPeterson + talk 01:05, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not a remix album[edit]

I'm making a note to the discography areas in the Linkin Park pages, that this is not a remix album. Essentially it is a mashup album in hindsight, but it was recorded in the studio, all the recordings are newly done just for this. Reanimation is a remix album, this is not.--TangoTizerWolfstone (talk) 20:07, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
