Earliest surviving mention of the river Astaboras...[edit]

Not sure if Trismegistos.org is reliable (it really seems legitimate). It has the earliest surviving mention of the river known as the Astaboras as "Astoboa" recorded in, "Vitruvius, De architectura" BC 27 - 25. Strabo(n) is around 40 or more years later.
